Our Mission

The most recent housing market crash devastated many parts of the city and as property values declined, so did the city population. We began to invest in Detroit properties, help small businesses, renovate abandoned homes, and rent to families at below-market prices. As our business grew, we continued to receive rental applications that were indicative of low homeownership.

To assist those with little to no experience regarding real estate, LaToya and I got our licenses to begin to encourage clients to buy homes rather than rent.
